Civic leaders in Holland-Zeeland, Michigan turned to a Strategic Doing workshop in order to propel their collaborations to the next level. A community with a strong tradition of civic leadership, Holland-Zeeland has initiated a number of important collaborations. The Strategic Doing workshop led to even more collaborations. The slide deck explains the story. The repport outlines the result of the workshop. The Strategic Doing Pack illustrates what we used to generate these results.
