A participant in the Alaska Dialogue sent us this comment:
I have already tried Strategic Doing with a group working together on a new library facility. The group was made of volunteers who were swamped and overwhelmed with all that needed to be done. Within a short time, they were able to sort out the coulds from the shoulds and to achieve some workable action items that would move the project forward without burning out the community champions. At the same time, it left a map of the path so that people were not worried that things were lost.
