M7 Agenda for January 12

Purpose of the meeting:

1. To get a clearer understanding of the alignment and leverage opportunities from existing and planned M7 and Strategy-Nets initiatives and
   
2. To identify potential new funding opportunities for M7 from linking and leveraging these initiatives.

Agenda:

• Future Possibilities: What could we do together? (20 minutes)
  

• Outline existing and planned initiatives
• Identify potential links and leverage

• Desired outcomes: What should we do together? (30 minutes)
  
• Define a clear outcome 12 months and key characteristics
• Define initiatives

• Action Plans: Outline who will do what (10 minutes)

• Reconnect: Define how we will keep on track and check in (10 minutes)

Background:

Linda Fowler has also contributed thoughts to our meeting. She is working on an NIST/AFL-CIO green manufacutirng project in Milwaukee. She passed along some documents to share. They are attached.
