The fun is back! Introduction to Strategic Doing (free online course)

Today’s complexities demand agility and collaboration to do strategic work. Today we’re announcing our second presentation of a free online course introducing Strategic Doing. The first session enrolled more than 2,000 people from around the world (125 countries!).

The 3-week course will help you sharpen your ability to think horizontally in networks and you’ll gain insights on building trust at scale even among people who have never worked together before. You’ll understand what strategic conversations are and how they can be guided. You’ll also learn how strategies can be designed, tested, and adjusted rather than just sit on the page of a strategic plan gathering dust.

Does this course cover the same content as our in-person trainings? This is truly just an introduction to Strategic Doing. If you’ve never been to one of our workshops, we’re not doing one near you, or you just want to learn more than what’s on the website, this course is for you. If you’ve already been to one of our workshops, you’ll find there is overlap (but of course, you’re still welcome to attend!). If you have been to one of our workshops and now you want to begin to use Strategic Doing, you’ll want to attend one of our 2.5 day trainings.

The course starts November 12. Get more information and sign up here.
