Strategic Doing 301: Leading Complex Collaborations

July 18 @ 8:30 am - July 20 @ 1:00 pm

The Purdue team heads down the road to Indianapolis for this 2.5 day training. This very interactive session will give you the tools you need to lead collaborations in which “no one can tell anyone else what to do.” You’ll learn what makes these collaborations work (and go astray), and how to guide conversations to move groups forward quickly to action. We use enjoyable exercises, a group simulation, and plenty of discussion to ensure that you leave ready to tackle your toughest collaboration challenges.  All attendees receive the “Strategic Doing Field Guide” and access to an ever-growing resource library.
