Strategic Doing 301: Leading Complex Collaborations

April 18, 2018 @ 9:00 am - April 20, 2018 @ 1:00 pm

Come to “Ground Zero” for Strategic Doing at Purdue University. In this 2.5 day training, you’ll learn everything you need to know to begin thinking differently about collaboration, how to help groups have different – and more productive – kinds of conversions, and how to make sure that conversation turns into action. We use a simulation throughout the training – you’ll be learning Strategic Doing by doing it – as well as plenty of time for unpacking why it works so you can make it your own.

You’ll be a Strategic Doing “practitioner” after this training, but consider becoming a Certified Workshop Leader by completing a follow-up “practicum” in which you practice your new skills and create a portfolio of documents about the experience.

Learn more about the training here.
