Strategic Doing 301: Leading Complex Collaborations

March 9, 2017 - March 11, 2017

Our 2.5 day session will prepare you to lead your team from the kernel of an idea through the implementation of a transformative strategic initiative. Not a “pay half-hearted attention while you check your email” training, you’ll put what you learn into practice on the spot. To deepen your learning, complete a post-session practicum and become a certified Strategic Doing workshop leader.

Note: to better accommodate academic schedules, this training will begin at 4 pm on Thursday, and finish up on Saturday in time to catch flights home.
