Strategic Doing Europe Masterclass: Certified Practitioner Training (online)
March 8 @ 7:00 am - March 22 @ 11:00 am
Let’s face it. Change, innovation, and strategic transformation in organizations is hard, really hard. Harder, it seems than it used to be. Why? Today, organizations look and function much differently than they did in the past. Hierarchies have been flattened, knowledge is widely distributed, and both technology and markets are highly dynamic. In many instances we are trying to use tools and frameworks that were just not built today’s complex challenges faced by organizational leader today.
Enter Strategic Doing, a discipline for change, innovation, and strategic transformation specifically designed for today’s complex challenges. Incubated at Purdue University, Strategic Doing is now used by leaders all over the world. Strategic Doing enables people to form action-oriented collaborations quickly, move them toward measurable outcomes, and make adjustments along the way.
Note: this course is equivalent to the in-person 2.5 day training that was offered pre-COVID. Participants successfully completing the course will be Strategic Doing “practitioners” and will be eligible for to enroll in the online certification course to become “Strategic Doing workshop leaders.” If you have already taken the 2.5 day training, this course will be a great refresher and the content will be equivalent.
