Strategic Doing Practitioner Training – from Hutcheson Associates
January 9 @ 12:30 pm - January 20 @ 4:30 pm
Strategic Doing is simple but not easy. It represents a specific set of skills that be learned, practiced, and mastered. Participants in this Strategic Doing Practitioner Training will learn (1) how to use the 10 Skills of Agile Leadership to help their organization or community be more innovative, adaptive, and competitive, (2) how to use Strategic Doing as an “operating system” for change, innovation, and strategic transformation, and (3) how to design and guide strategy processes for organizations, communities, and ecosystems.
The masterclass is offered through Hutcheson Associates and the lead instructor is Dr. Scott Hutcheson, co-author of Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership(Wiley, 2019) and professor of organizational leadership at Purdue University. Scott has taught Strategic Doing to over 4,000 leaders from over 140 different countries. This masterclass is limited to a small cohort of no more than eight participants to allow for a deep dive into the material, rich discussion, and detailed case studies. This masterclass promises to be a powerful learning experience. The price of the class covers the cost of the practitioner training, and the participants are then eligible to enroll in the Certified Workshop Leader course through the University of North Alabama.
