Now that you’ve read Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership, we hope you’ve already given a few of the skills a test drive and discovered their power. There’s more “under the hood,” however. That’s why we invite you to keep learning and developing your agile leadership skills by attending a Strategic Doing training.
In our 2.5 day trainings, held all over North America as well as in Europe, you’ll go well beyond what’s in the book. Learn how to put all of the skills together in a time-tested process – you’ll be able to take your team from the first conversation about a complex challenge to implementation, growing the team’s capacity along the way to tackle big issues.
You’ll also have fun at our trainings! Strategy is serious business, but that doesn’t mean learning has to be dull. We minimize the time we’re talking at you. You will learn through a set of interactive exercises and a simulation in which you develop your ability to guide the process by doing the process, under the guidance of a team of Strategic Doing veterans who have both used the discipline for many years and are experienced instructors – take a peek at a real training. We make sure that you leave with a plan for implementation in your own organization or community, and have the opportunity to access follow-up coaching to become a Certified Workshop Leader.
