She serves as Director of the Center for Learning & Professional Development at the University of North Alabama, home to the UNA Agile Strategy Lab. She has led Strategic Doing trainings and workshops nationally and internationally and also serves as Chief Doing Officer for the Shoals Shift Pathfinder Project
