Jane Rogan is a Strategic Doing Fellow, connector, emergent thinker, and relentless optimist. With a firm belief in the power of collaborative networks, Jane excels in facilitating community engagement by building trusting partnerships focused on creating sustainable futures identified by the community itself.
As a Strategic Doing™ Fellow, Jane combines her expertise with community partners to develop capacity and cultivate innovative growth opportunities in numerous communities. She has directed Sustaining Hoosier Communities (SHC), an esteemed course-based initiative at Indiana University that promotes collaborations between local communities, faculty, students, and staff to enhance and enrich the overall health, prosperity, resiliency, and vitality of these communities.

Our Strategic Doing Essentials Workshop is developed by experts who understand the challenges communities face today. This half day training emphasizes hands-on application, allowing you to practice your newfound skills immediately. Led by Jane Rogan, the course offers effective training on building flourishing communities. We are confident you will finish this program feeling equipped, empowered, and ready to make a meaningful impact.
