Strategic Doing is an open-source discipline for designing and guiding complex collaborations with simple rules. It is spreading globally, and it provides an operating system for ecosystems.
In this masterclass, Ed Morrison, the principal developer of Strategic Doing, will:

>> demonstrate how his team formed an ecosystem to solve a complex problem for Lockheed;
>> show you how to design conversations to accelerate ecosystem development
This Masterclass is the first in a series to provide you with practical skills for designing and guiding ecosystems with Strategic Doing.
