Strategic Doing Networks

This community is for leaders seeking constructive and meaningful transformation of business and society, including people working at all levels in NGOs, for profit and governmental enterprises as well as innovation, strategy, capability and leadership educators, scholars, consultants and advisors.
Everyone – everyone! – knows we must scale innovation and change to deal with today’s most urgent challenges. Everyone also knows that success demands leaders in every generation. And to help with all this, Ed Morrison and Doug Smith are teaming up with CONNECTS to launch Strategic Doing Networks.
Strategic Doing Networks are powered by a blend of two methodologies with unparalleled track records at driving impact — Strategic Doing and Performance-Driven Change – along with the challenge-centric, cohort architecture that can and does scale change.
To support this community, Ed and Doug are committed to sharing how to design and scale as a new discipline under the name Strategic Doing Networks. They will also engage with and support practitioners while helping practitioners to engage with and support one another.
We invite YOU to join us. We invite you to use a focus on real impact and real results as THE driver of the changes you and those with whom you collaborate need to make the world safer, saner, and more sustainable for you and those you care about.
