University Transformation with Strategic Doing Open Community

The winds of change are blowing across the Higher Education landscape. Most, if not all, universities are at a crossroads. They can follow the traditional teaching and research protocols: keep doing what they have done with only modest changes. Or, they can opt for new learning, discovery, and engagement approaches to address the world’s most complex challenges. They can follow a traditional path or chart a new way of transformation.

This community is for practitioners — staff, students, faculty, and administrators — interested in university transformation using the discipline of Strategic Doing.

The monthly Open Talk takes place 1st Monday of each month.

Incubated at Purdue University for over 15 years, Strategic Doing has developed a proven track record of introducing successful transformative initiatives. It’s a replicable, scalable, and sustainable process for solving complex problems more effectively. In this challenge-centric community, we will explore how to address the complex challenges of university transformation by following a discipline of simple rules.

Join us on the frontier and help us explore what’s next for universities.
