Strategic Doing MASTERCLASS. Ecosystem: Open Innovation

Increasing complexity is giving rise to ecosystems: networks to create solutions and greater shared value.
Ecosystems offer new promise, but they also make our traditional hierarchical mindsets and management approaches obsolete.
We need to shift to new ways of thinking, behaving, and doing our work together.
Strategic Doing is an open-source discipline for designing and guiding complex collaborations with simple rules. It is spreading globally, and it provides an operating system for ecosystems.
In this masterclass, Ed Morrison, the principal developer of Strategic Doing, will:
>> explain why an operating system for an ecosystem creates major productivity gains;
>> demonstrate how his team formed an ecosystem to solve a complex problem for Lockheed;
>> show you how to design conversations to accelerate ecosystem development
This Masterclass is the first in a series to provide you with practical skills for designing and guiding ecosystems with Strategic Doing.
Entry conditions
Please note that the cost of participating in this masterclass is 295 Euros, excluding VAT per person. By participating in this masterclass you agree to pay this participants fee. If you wish to pay via bank transfer please contact us via strategicdoing@tiao.world.

What’s the difference between a safe space and a platform? How can you use cognitive diversity to creeate safe spaces for healthy disagreement?
